Clean Your iDevice With iCleaner

The new app on Cydia that we are talking about is called iCleaner.  This is an app that was designed specifically for the smaller devices but it works well on the iPad as well.  It is a simple app with one button to clean up your temp files and other things that it asks you to delete.  You can choose the items you can delete, the application will ask you questions before it runs anything.  The concept of flushing out useless items, however, is nothing new.  If you are adept at using something like Mobile Terminal, then you can use certain commands to purge your system of the impurities that plague it and slow it down.

Since this is an application from Cydia, you will get a new icon on your iDevice homescreen.  iCleaner is really useful in that it will delete all partially downloaded Cydia packages, obsolete cache files, cookies, browsing history, Mobile Safari cache files, and cache files from all other apps.  It can even go through your social network apps like Facebook and Instagram to look for trash.  Hard worker if you ask us!  Finetuning this application is also possible but you will have to use Mobile Terminal to do that.  Don’t worry if you think that this app will break your iPhone.  It won’t.  It’s just a cleaner just like your trash is just trash.
