iPhone Tips & Tricks #129: Track Your Data Usage Statistics

When you have an iPhone, you automatically want to be online twenty four hours for seven days a week.  Using the iDevice is just addictive and there is no way that you can enjoy it if you are not online throughout the day.  Of course, this means that you will probably be using your data plan most of the time since you will not always be at a free WIFI hotspot.

To make sure that you are keeping in track with your data plan so that you don’t waste too much money, make sure that you reset your data usage every month so that you can see just how much data you are using and therefore know how much money you are spending.  To do this, just go to Settings, tap on General, then on Usage.  Then tap on Reset Statistics.

This is a tip that you can use on any iPhone model on any iOS firmware version.
